Inauguration of a new reception system at Groupama Stadium

On Thursday 3 July, to coincide with the Imagine Dragons concert, our Lyon agency deployed a brand new reception system at Groupama Stadium, marking a new stage in our long-standing partnership with Olympique Lyonnais.

A broader, more strategic remit

Profil is now in charge of all reception services for the general public, car park management and hospitality areas (VIP lounges, boxes), consolidating its strategic presence within the stadium. This increase in activity is testimony to Groupama Stadium's renewed confidence in our know-how and expertise.

An exceptional response

For this first large-scale operation, more than 500 employees - hosts, hostesses, supervisors and reception staff - were mobilised to ensure a smooth, warm and professional welcome for the 50,000 spectators attending the concert.

With this new initiative, Profil has strengthened its position as a major player in on-site reception for events in the Lyon region, and continues to raise the quality standards of its services.
