For each project, a management team (Head Steward/Hostess, Coordinator, etc.) is systematically put in place to monitor the service and act as a link between the customer and our team.

The mission or assignments are essentially proposed via the "Job Advertisement" tab on the Plany platform or by email.

Pay slips

The payroll process is automated, from entering the hours worked to the final pay slip.

Pay slips are an accurate reflection of the missions carried out and the terms of the employment contract, if it has been respected (late arrival, unforeseen absence, etc.). On an exceptional basis, there may be a processing delay concerning certain variables, such as the individual living expenses sent post-mission (the processing of these expenses often depends on the speed and application with which each staff member keeps, records and transmits his or her expenses).

YOUR COMMITMENTS

Compliance with rules and codes of conduct

When signing a contract with Profil, you undertake to represent the image of the agency and to comply with its codes of conduct: punctuality, professionalism, availability, courtesy, dynamism, responsiveness, helpfulness, elegance, etc. Please consult our internal regulations at the agency, which set out the rules that must be complied, and the corresponding sanctions in the event of a failure to do so.

Contract signature

The contract must be signed before each assignment.

Availability

Events require flexibility in terms of your availability. You may also be asked to work additional hours.

Punctuality

Punctuality is the most important quality required of a reception team with regard to customers and visitors. It is essential to ensure the mission starts correctly and, then, ensure the services run smoothly.
